Select an approved public registration or interest/waitlist option from the BBI program/site structure. Subsidized, sponsored, grant-supported, agency-supported, school-supported, organization-paid, no-fee and review-required registrations go to review before any payment step.

Do not include: medical details, birth information, private participant records, financial details or sensitive family information.

This ID is used for the internal registration, enrollment, attendance and payment reconciliation handoff. Participant names are not used as the primary system identifier.

Website registration is the participant entry point. Public inquiries are handed off to the existing BBI Registration / Enrollment Master, then connected by Registration / Enrollment ID to program, site, division, attendance, evaluation and approved reporting metrics.

Registration comes first. Payment follows the approved balance.

After a Registration / Enrollment ID is created and the payment, sponsorship, subsidy or organization-support review is complete, families may be directed to Square or Interac e-Transfer. Where practical, payment notes should include the Registration / Enrollment ID for reconciliation.
